The manager Andy, has the personality of a toad. The bathrooms were disgusting. Here I sit, drinking my coffee, reading my paper, when a couple comes in with a dog on a leash. IT IS NOT A SERVICE DOG. For the record I love dogs. A dog of this type is not a service dog, and it does belong inside a food establishment such as a Stewarts shop, and now I sit in a booth, eating my breakfast sandwich, with dog 24 inches from my feet. Yes the dog is friendly, but it doesn't belong in here, and it shouldn't be able to come in. I hope Stewarts has a back bone, and tells its customers who have a non service dog, that the dog can not come in. I may be wrong, but the dog is a health issue. This is another example of how this country is going in the toilet, as people are doing what the want, and the businesses where this is happening, says nothing. Stewarts, step up to the plate, and make a stance about non service animals are not allowed to come into food establishments such as you are. This is information from the state of New York, pertaining dogs in a food establishment business. You do have a food preparation area, you do have indoor dining. I am sitting in your booth, as I have eaten my breakfast, (with a dog, 24 inches from my feet) so the booth I am in, is considered you indoor dining area. I copied and pasted the following information from a NYS site. (Can I bring my dog with me to a restaurant? In New York State, restaurants can allow companion dogs in the outdoor dining areas of the restaurant. Companion animals are not permitted in indoor dining or food preparation areas). Mr. Stewarts, the dog that sits 24" from my feet, yes, it's friendly, IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Look at this situation this way. You remember covid? Everyone remembers covid. What if, some how or some way, a person got sick in one of stewarts shops, because of an animal was there, It would be devastating to you....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate To the person that wrote some awesome, generic feedback, I got something new for you.
I went in last week to get breakfast, give you another chance. Except one of your employees transferring a sandwich from one warmer to the other dropped it. They looked around, looked at the sandwich on the floor, and put into the warmer - NOT the trash.
I'm not sure what you teach your employees, but even something wrapped especially in a high foot traffic location should be thrown out. Are you seriously that desperate for money your employees are too afraid to do the right thing and throw out the item and "shrink" it out?
It's on you guys, at least your gasoline is top tier, but I will no longer trust any of your food at this location.
3 days in a row, 7:45am, 8:45am, and 8:05am - no bagel sandwiches? Are you guys making them at the what, 5am? By 9:45am you already have cheeseburgers out, McDonald's doesn't even start lunch until 10:45am...
They sure love making as many sandwiches as possible on Kaiser rolls though. Waste of...

To come to a place that Iāve never had a problem with and to be looked at like I have 10 heads for a simple request. Iāll never be returning. When new management took over she had a terrible attitude and the rest of the staff followed...
