I’m not one to ever post reviews but this is unacceptable. My husband went to the customer service desk to pay our electric bill. He was greeted by the worker(Cindy B.) speaking angrily to someone on the phone about how she needed them to figure out their account number and then slams the phone down. She then turned over to my husband and says, “What do you want?”. He says he needed to pay the electric bill. She then proceeds to say she needs the account number. He starts to say it though she interrupts and says something along the lines of he “needs to write it down, not say it”. And gives him a paper. He tells her he needs to pay however much, and gives her the correct change. She then spats that he gave her too much even though that was the correct amount. Long story short, he pays and walks out. While telling me all of this, I looked at the receipt and she typed in the wrong amount. 88 cents short. So I turn around and go in myself. In line she’s telling another girl about how it’s “quittin time”. I tell her she charged my husband the wrong amount and she starts to blame it on him saying that’s what “he said”. Seeming over my own attitude towards her and me over the childish he said she said, she cashes me out and I leave. Story over.

The cashier was not friendly at all. I asked to put my phone nu.ber in and got attitude from there on. She put the cake I was purchasing in the cart and I said can I please put the giant box or freeze pops and beer in first, well she tossed the cake behind her and after I got the big things in she put my last bag along side.
