ALDI — Local services in Town of Shelby

ALDI'S in Medina is a great store. The store is very clean. Shelves are always filled and well stocked. Refrigeration in areas are well lighted and stocked, easily assessable even for those needing a wheelchair or cane. There are always plenty of baskets for shoppers. Baskets are coin operated..25 cents and when the cart is returned, you get your quarter back. Aisles in the store are spaced well so you don't feel crowded or confined with others shopping around you. Foods in produce always appear fresh and appealing. ALDI'S have some unique household items of which I have purchased many. Occasionally items such as chrome shelving, pillows, kitchen utensils, rugs, dog items, gift items, baby items and clothes. ALDI'S Medina is my "go to" store and shop there several times a week. Their prices are fair and lower than Walmart. They also have their own line of food items, for the most part are as good as name brand items. Slow selling items are often discounted at low prices to sell quickly. I have many great shopping experience at ALDIs, and I'd like to mention a few particulars that always impress me. Their brussel sprouts and asparagus are consistenly great. Fresh and crisp, in plastic bags. I get them at least once a week. Also, I love their frozen breakfast sausage patties (original or maple). 18 big ones per pack. Finally, I wish to compliment their scanners and clerks. The clerks are very efficient, and the scanners are better than many other stores'. So, even in a long line (and they usually bring out more clerks if that happens), the lines move fairly quickly and there are a lot of those black separator bars so you can load the conveyor behind the person in front of...

The store has always been well stocked when I have shopped there, great prices on almost everything. The store is clean, cashiers are friendly and will bag groceries when they are able to. They carry certain items all the time and others that are for a short period of time, which is great but remember if you think you will like it buy multiple. Don't forget to bring your bags from home and a quarter for the cart. Although if you forget they have really nice thermal bags and regular ones that you can purchase....
