I've been buying the product Chris sells for a while now. I love all of it. His award winning Whiskey is absolutely great has a refined finish and a very smooth smokey taste to it. The white lightening is great for mixed drinks or if you like I add cinnamon sticks to mine and it's fantastic. Very impressed. We had 2 tastings so we tasted a total of 8 offerings. Every one of them was great! There wasn’t a single one I wouldn’t order a bottle of. The standouts were the chocolate crème brûlée liquor, the orange crème lightning liquor and the bourbon. The gin and the vodka were also fantastic. The distiller (chef Uyehara) was there and was very forthcoming with his experience and thoughts on the offerings and was a pleasure to talk to. I’ve only been once, but I love this place. Their menus are seasonal - I had the maple mango-rita, and they were so good I went back for a second. I think anything with their maple liquor is bound to be delicious. There’s a lot to love here; they also have to go cocktails. The orange creme lightning “whiskey” (15%) is VERY tasty.
