Horrible! I'm not talking about the yogurt either. The yogurt is fine. What I can't stand is how I see these owners treat their staff! I feel bad for these poor young girls! Maybe 3-4 weeks ago I walk in and it seemed to have been a meeting going on in the store for the employees in front of customers. I could hear everything the new owners were complaining about! The girls looked scared out of their minds and didn't know what to say! The owner was complaining about how there were specks of ice cream on the bottom of tables and they have had enough of it. These people forget it's only an ice cream shop. How would you expect every little thing to be perfectly clean 24/7. People make messes and the place is always packed! I was just in the other night with my daughter and I see (I am guessing another owner) yelling at one of the girls for a few unoticable fingerprints on the glass while another girl is scrubbing the wall! Its sad because it must be tough getting part time jobs for the summer and these girls are working under so much pressure over a small Ice cream shop where they should be enjoying their time working there and also being hard workers which I can see they all are. So disappointed as this yogurt store. Over time it has lost its charm and good service. We traveled to this location because it used to be so clean and well kept. Tonight we went in and it was not clean, the syrups were a mess, the yogurt flavors did not have the rivets in the dispensers, and looked like goop coming out of the machine. The toppings not well kept, funky smell, and seemed like there was no oversight with regards to the staff. The customer experience should always be consistent and the same no matter what time...
