I was having issues getting my car to be "ready" to pass the emissions portion of the inspection and they let me stop by more than a handful of times to check if its ready before they ran it through the machine which would have meant I would have to pay. I've been to this shop for my last two oil changes, and will probably go for my third and fourth as well. They're super quick, they had me in and out 10 mins ahead of my scheduled appointment time, super friendly, and overall a good team. The office has a small town, homey vibe to it.
