I would rate it a zero if I could.. Went to this place 3 times to see Dr. Crable or whatever his name is, when I had awful pain in my eyes for months at that point. He completely misdiagnosed me and prescribed me expensive eye drops that only made my "dry eyes" worse. Just told me to rub my eyelids and put heat on my eyes which both did absolutely nothing. Went to a doctor at strong hospital and she said it was allergies and not dry eye and gave me eye drops to fix it and I have never been better. Took her 2 minutes to figure out what he had missed THREE TIMES. All they want is for you to keep coming back so they...

I have been going to Reeds, (if it's even called that anymore) for over 20yrs. Ever since RRH has taken over it just seems like they are reaching into everyone's pockets. It's unfortunate, cause l am not even convinced the staff is happy with some of the changes!! Either way, from the very nice nurse how checked me in and prepped me for the doctor, to the doctor and to the birthday gal who checked me out afterwards!! The 3 starts are for all of you!!! Very rude gentleman that fits and adjusts your glasses. Very unprofessional, should be terminated. Called, hollored and hung up on me. I will never go back to this business as long as he is there.
