I truly cannot say enough incredible things about Le Sel and the amazing team who made finding my wedding dress one of the most special experiences of my entire wedding journey. From the moment I walked through the door for my very first appointment, I felt cared for in the most genuine way. Jordan sat down with me right away to talk about what I liked, what I didn’t, and how I wanted to feel in my dress. The truth is, at first, I didn’t have any clear vision or “instant yes or no” reactions to anything. But that didn’t deter her for a second. Jordan and her team were patient, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. They pulled a variety of beautiful options, guided me with so much kindness, and made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly seen. I never once felt rushed or pressured. It was such a calm and joyful process.

It didn’t take long before I found the dress and the moment I did, I felt at ease in a way I can’t even fully describe. I had heard from a close friend who also got her dress from Le Sel and had a phenomenal experience, so my expectations were already high. Somehow, they still managed to exceed every single one.

Emily, the seamstress, was absolutely incredible. She worked her magic on my alterations, and when I put on the final dress, it fit like it was made just for me. Every single detail was perfect. I also want to acknowledge the two wonderful girls who helped during my first fitting, they were so sweet, attentive, and made me feel so special.

Jordan has a true gift. She has created a space where every bride feels unique, cared for, and celebrated. She and her team make what can sometimes be a stressful part of wedding planning feel effortless and joyful. Wow!!! Where do I begin! Jordan and her team saved my wedding!!! 3 months before my wedding I was distraught, I bought a dress from another boutique that ordered the wrong size, it was a battle to say the least. Jordan scooped me up and literally brought me to heaven with her kindness, unending devotion, empathy!!! She worked with my budget and went far beyond for me with her kindness. Her team is by far the kindest group of people I have ever met! I felt like family, like we’ve been besties our whole lives!!! Through my wedding journey a lot of hardships happened that changed the course of my soon to be marriage. Le Sels warmth and empathy started a domino effect of happiness and positivity towards my beautiful elopement in Maine!!! On whim the location went from a warm place to cool northern Maine, Jordan rushed to give me the most beautiful sleeves to wear on my big day, she gave me my dream veil, they added flowers from my dress onto the veil and sleeves! Jordan is the perfect example of someone who genuinely wants the best for her customers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in helping me find my dream wedding dress. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.
