Crescendo pre-wired our new home in Southampton in 2019. We engaged them for all of our AV needs including home theater, 7 televisions, sonos sound system, interior/exterior cameras and wireless internet.

From planning to execution, the process was flawless. They accommodated our budget, modified for our needs and made many targeted recommendations which we have benefited from.

Even better than their “pre-delivery” service, the past 4 years have been a pleasure working with them on service needs and system upgrades. They offer 24/7, around the clock live support and have solved all issues that came up remotely, without incurring the cost of on-site visits.
