Do NOT purchase from Claudia. I met with her Sept. 20th for a costume to be done by Oct. 20th(one month). Claudia said she will have it for me way before then and will be sending me photos along the way in case I need to make any alterations. I met with her, we took my measurements and she ordered materials. However, I had been texting her asking for pictures after not hearing from her for weeks. She continuously left me on read until I told her I am gonna buy another costume instead. She TOLD ME not to and that it will be done soon, yet still would not send me pictures. It was not until 4 days before it was supposed to be done that she told me to go somewhere else because she does not want to be harassed. What am I supposed to do???? Just wait until oct. 20th and not say anything???? I had not been hearing from her and was so excited for this. I am not even celebrating halloween anymore because I don't have my costume. I was supposed to be in a wedding at the beginning of November and due to the pandemic, the bride had us order our dresses online. When I received the dress it was twice the size than the try on dress. I went to one tailor and it didn’t work out. I searched all over Google to find a seamstress to alter my dress since the wedding day was only two weeks away. I found Claudia and instantly when I walked into her shop, I was extremely confident that I’d found someone who was capable of tailoring the dress to my wants. She was professional, thorough about what I wanted, and had a warm and caring disposition. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to attend the wedding due to a positive covid test. So so happy!!! I bought a designer brand item on sale, and since it was a flash sale they only had a size larger than mine. I was worried to alter it myself because the material and make were so peculiar and high quality, but was also worried to get it altered because I can't afford an expensive service. She charged me way less than I expected and did an amazing job!! I'm thrilled to dance in my fancy pants tomorrow night. I gave them a dance test and they stay up perfectly haha. She really knows what she's doing and charges such a fair price....
