I was on my way out of town for a meeting when I discovered a flat tire. I was directed to Chris by a local business. Chris took care of my flat tire quickly and for a reasonable price. I was desparate to get back on the road so he could have charged me anything and I would have paid it. But he was fair and honest. Chris also showed me what was going on with my tires and encouraged me to purchase new ones before winter. He didn't try to sell me tires, just concerned for my safety.
