Went there with a Milwaukee battery power chain saw that has been leaking. Didn't seem to really be into doing work for Milwaukee as they were quick to give some paperwork on how I could send in myself. When I said I had driven 2.5 hours because there's only two places in the state that do authorized Milwaukee work they then said they could look at it for $42. Two weeks later called with what i told them it was going, but don't have parts on hand and have to send for them. In the end it was $30 more than what they told me and two drives over. Next time I will buy a saw with no big name and save myself the hassle of actually thinking there would be good support. There's NOT! shame on Moberg and shame on Milwaukee for not vetting them better and not better our of the gate as Moberg said this was a common issue with chain oil...
Read moreMy husband was there today. He was talking to one of the techs about an air compressor that he had. My husband had a couple of questions and mentioned he had the compressor in our vehicle. Then and only then, he told my husband there's a $30 inspection fee, or he could give them the compressor! If that's the case, why wasn't the inspection fee, mentioned BEFORE the tech looked at it?! Had my husband been made aware of the fee in advance, there would've been no issue! He could've chose to wait, to have it looked at. He didn't have the money so, he ended up having to give them the compressor. Seems like a shady way to...
