How this facility has a 4 star rating is completely beyond me …if there was a 00 to rate ..that’s what I’d give …we walked in as a party of 8 ,really looking forward to a great experience and some great drinks ….I never write reviews but ☝️I’ll never in my life forget the most horrible experience at this place ..we walked in to an empty place ( ok ..it’s a Sunday in November ,I didn’t expect a crowd ) ..only to be greeted w a list of at least four drink that were unavailable ( and this was before anyone even greeted us or waited for our entire party to walk through the door ) ..most miserable ,rude , bartenders ? Owners ? Workers ? 🤷‍♀️…my frustration Is on the two women working not the drinks,but the whiskey itself was not worth the money .. we felt like we were bothering them …..horrible attitudes …honestly one of the worst experiences of my life ..please !! Stay away, stay far far away. This is the worst service I've ever received from a distillery or really any business. For example: They will not serve you water. Want to cleanse your palate between samples? Sorry, better have a bottle of water in your car. Want to share your sample of 150 proof absinthe with more than one friend? Not allowed. And the staff were just rude. I saw the other bad reviews on Google, but since management had responded with concern to them, I figured it was worth taking a chance. So disappointed - we brought family from out of town because we had liked the old location. On 10/10 get rid of the representative, rude, zero tolerance and acted as though we were an inconvenience, it was 4:00. We planned on an hour and left in 12 minutes. Your losing money with staff like this. It should. Be fun, lively and welcoming. My husband was looking forward to this and we said what happened. Monday isn't the highest earning day but with tastings and purchases it can add up. Make a change it's not the product...
