I had been fruitlessly searching for someone in the Syracuse area to refurbish my outdoor furniture -- the frames were still in good shape, but needed repainting, and the fabric needed to be replaced. My cousin Sue, from Fair Haven, recommended that I contact Sterling Custom Canvas because she had been so pleased when she had them redo an old chair for her. I stopped by with one of my outdoor in the fall. Both Josh and Steve were fantastic to deal with. They explained the fabric options and what they would do to paint the chair frames (and my table base). I received a quote within a few days that I was very happy with and left my chairs with them for the winter, with the understanding that the work would be done by spring. I received a call last week that the chairs were ready, and picked them up today. I could not be happier with the result -- the furniture is like new, but better quality than anything I found while looking for replacement furniture. I am really glad that my furniture isn't just filling up the landfill and that I did not settle for what I saw at the stores. If I weren't limited to 5 stars, I would give them more --absolutely wonderful to do business with. And I guess I owe my cousin another bottle of wine for sending...
