This is really such a cute place, wonderful location. Ham and rolls are delicious. I almost took off two stars, but it deserves at least one for lack of cleanliness. They let what I assume is a granddaughter run around by the kitchen prep area and food service racks and touch everything. A woman rang us up, using the register, handling cash, touching her face and a lot of other things then immediately used her bare hands to pick up a breakfast pastry I asked for off the rack and put it in the bag for me. I was so grossed out I just threw it away when I got home. I get the whole small town family atmosphere thing but in food service, wear gloves or use tongs, don't let children run around where food is made flinging their hair everywhere and touching everything. Just my opinion and just so others are aware who might have same reservations as I. I hope they improve...

I love this little shop with BIG personality. The folks behind the counter are friendly and I appreciate their helpfulness. They've got such cute stuff inside. Stuff for camping, stuff for lil kids, they got the essentials plus fresh food. They've got a hot and cold case of fresh food and that comes in handy being walking distance to Rome Campground. I love the ambiance. The outside has tables and spots to relax as well. It's such a cute shop! And right...

This place is a gem. Old fashioned store with amazing food. Wife and I had the pulled pork with swiss cheese sandwich was really good with some type of gravy on it and we were told food items are all hand made including breakfast burritos. Super good soda's from a company called Jarritos I think from Mexico or you can choose normal American sodas. You can sit at tables inside or outside. Not luxurious but...
