They basically tried to steal 40lbs of beef from a quarter steer that they butchered for us. Hanging weight was 218lbs. They gave us 2 boxes of meat weighing 89lbs. We should have recieved 130lbs. Honestly, they have the BEST smoked beef jerky strips I have ever had! Their staff is helpful and they really get to know their regulars and the needs of their clientele. They were helpful both over the phone and in person. My dog absolutely LOVES their smoked beef bones! The decor is fantastic, too! I will be a repeat...
