Recently purchased one of their hobby boxes at NYC Comic Con. My kids were excited about a first round talent signed jersey. Who did we pull? NFL draft bust Ryan Leaf. Sure, he's listed as one of the 85 possibilities by Hit Parade. However, he's probably the worst jersey you can pull, and the value of the jersey and signature is significantly lower than what we paid. You can take your chances with this company of pulling a winner, and maybe we were the unlucky ones who pulled the most worthless jersey on their list...but I am not trusting this company moving forward. Jersey is authenticated, so that's a plus.

Warning: Dave & Adams and Hit Parade are collaborating to commit fraudulent activities. As a first time customer who knows nothing about these companies, I read the reviews. People were giving them good reviews so I thought these guys were trustworthy. I ordered a $266.95 Hit Parade mystery box that was sold on D&A. I read the description. They listed all these superstar names like Lebron James, Curry, and a bunch more. After reading the entire description, I was put under the impression that one would hit one of these jersey of the players listed on the website or that the jersey being given out would fall in the same price range of $266. Nope. I opened the box to a $90 Odom jersey. Its not even a real jersey. I have asked customer support at both companies for a return and refund. I was even offering to negotiate for a partial refund. You would think as a first time customer that they'll do something to make you happy and earned their trust. Nothing. These guys do not care about you. They should have listed in the description that you might get so and so player jersey that will range in X to X price range. But, nope. They don't care. All they care about is their Profit Margins. If you're a big business with a lot of money, by all means, go ahead and waste your money on these guys. But, if your just an individual average person, stay away. These people do not care about the everyday average person who spend their own hard earned cash to try to enjoy a simple hobby. Do not believe what other reviews are saying that their customer service have a human heart. They don't. You would think a multi-million dollar business if not billions don't mind doing a refund for a first time customer asking back $266. They basically said go ** yourself. They said a $90 jersey is in the same range as a $266.95 jersey. I could not believe they said that to me. These people are a complete joke. Maybe, the cards products are ok, but, never under any circumstance, buy their hit box. These people are crooks and will take your money and run. They are scammers. You have been warned. I will not retract any of this statement until I am reimbursed for the...

My experience with Hit Parade was quite disappointing. At the National Sports-Card show in Chicago this past November, I bought two (2) Star Wars Funko figures for my daughter. The salesman said that each one contained a signed Funko – but it was random which signed actor/actress/character you would get. However, he assured us that each one would contain a signed Star Wars figure. So, for Christmas, my daughter decided to pick out two of them. She was really excited about seeing who she got on Christmas morning – and I was proud to share this excitement/anticipation with her. It took me back to my collecting days as a child. We were able to bond over this fun experience. However, come Christmas morning, that feeling changed. She opened both of the sealed packages, and neither of them contained a signed Funko figure. They were just like any Han Solo and Princess Leia Funko figures that you could buy for $10 at Target. She was devastated – and I felt completely ripped off. What a sham – breaking a young collector’s heart on Christmas morning. To be fully transparent – I did lodge a complaint with the company – and after 3-4 weeks of email correspondence back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to issue me a store credit. They also admitted that their salesman mis-spoke – and was no longer with the company. But that still didn’t come anywhere close to repairing the damage from Christmas morning. All told, I’d be very wary about this company. I learned my lesson the hard way – and won’t do business with them again. Hopefully, my experience can be something you consider yourself before agreeing to buy anything...

I've been purchasing Hit Parade for a number of years now, and I've had a good experience with the company/product. I personally focus on the football and hockey card products, and there's nothing quite like the rush you feel as you open the mystery box and pull one of the big hits of the product, which I was lucky to do a few times! Even the "non-big hits" have been pretty nice.

One time, I opened a package containing a damaged card. It had a bent corner, which as card collectors know can be frustrating. I talked to customer service, and they immediately gave me a replacement card AND a coupon for off of my next purchase. The product itself is great, but the customer service I received has kept me a customer of Hit...
