The Berry Market — Local services in Town of Trempealeau

I was there last night and the establishment was packed. There was only one person working. To say she was overworked is an understatement. As I understand the owner lives right behind the shop and could easily see how busy it was. It was clearly time for her to put on her apron and come down and help her employee out. And also very poor customer service on her part. We were one of the last to leave and the young girl that had been working so hard was in tears. I reassured her what a great job she had done. Needless to say we won’t be back.

BTW owner I was in the restaurant business for over 50 years I know what I’m talking about. And perhaps hiring another minimum wage employee would solve a lot of...

Very fun and loved stopping out this week for farm fresh berries. The staff was amazing and I wasnt overwhelmed by them. They have worked so hard this summer and it shows through their lovely berries. If anyne here leaves a bad review (because I read a few) its them and not this business. Ill be stopping over again next week for more. Have to make the jams and jellies so I can enjoy these in the winter. Thank you so much! We used to love this place but now we will never be back. We witnessed a woman being told she was not allowed to sit outside with her dog who was extremely well behaved.
