Wow, nearly impossible to talk to a person at this place. I called to order a dishwasher earlier this week, called about ten times but could never get through to a person. I knew which model I wanted and was ready to buy, but no one to talk to. Finally, the operator went and physically got someone for me to talk to. Scheduled delivery for 11 AM on a weekday. I have a home business and I scheduled the installation for a time, no mention was made of a window, that wouldnt interfered with my business. They are now more than an hour late. I have called three time to reschedule the installation as it is too late today. Cant get through. I would love to cancel my order, but there dont seem to be any people there to talk to. Updated Run Like the Wind Just called to switch out the tank. Told them how hard they are to deal with, and the great customer service rang out again NOT!!!! The Lady replied the feeling is mutual. Wow great service.

This place is the worst !!!! I purchased a house that already had there tank installed so I kept them. BIG MISTAKE I would not recommend them for your Propane needs. The lady who handles the Propane Accounts could care less if you are a customer or not. Her Customer Service skills are the worst. Very poor, I live on a property who's electric is supplied by these guys. Peirce Pepin of Ellsworth. I did not get the bill or a disconnect notice directly to my home. Went in today to pay my bill of around 275 when they said I was disconnected and to turn it back on would be 900 tomorrow and $1000 tonight! I was 5 days late. Then they gave me a list of charity numbers to call for help paying it! Are you kidding! They are giving out charity numbers such as salvation army to pay there own fees! Now I owe that money plus I'm at home with a child with no heat! Stay away if at all possible because they won't hesitate to take as much as they can from you.
