BEST SKI / SNOWBOARD SHOP! My boyfriend and I come here all the time for tune ups, new equipment, and discount lift tickets. We both bought our new Burton Step-On boots & bindings here, as well as goggles, arches, and more! We love everything we purchased! This is the only snowboard shop we will go to and recommend to all our friends and family. All the employees here truly care and treat you like family, they want what is best for you on the mountain. Adam, the snowboard dept. manager, is the most knowledgeable snowboard guy we have every met! His kind and chipper personality bring us back to this store time and time again.    Read moreI’ve worked with 4 different staff over the past 2 snow(board) seasons and they’re extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They’re thorough about measuring your feet for proper boot and orthopedic fitting. They helped me realize that my boots are a good fit but perhaps not quite ideal which explained some of the discomfort that I experience after riding for a while. Secondly, they helped pick out a nice snowboard for a my gf for her first board, and when it wasn’t able to arrive on time due to shopping/supply delays, they provided a rental until it arrived. They’re all super knowledgeable and accommodating, especially Moby. I’ll be driving up here for new gear in the future instead of the few shops near me in New Jersey which are still really good but not quite at that next level like they are at...
   Read moreA big thank you to Kyle and Matt for great service. I bought a pair of Giro goggles at Potter Brothers for a ski trip to the Swiss Alps. We got a big storm while I was there but the goggles were a problem, they fogging up between the lenses. I ended up skiing in my Ray Bans! On my return I wrote to Kyle explaining the situation and my dissatisfaction with the product. He immediately replied with a response from Giro that the goggles must be defective. He asked if I would give Giro a second chance and offered me any Giro goggle as a replacement.
