Martin's Outdoor Power Equipment — Local services in Town of Varick

Last week my mower was picked up by Martin's for routine service. It was returned last Thursday. When I went to use it Saturday after just 2 passes on my front lawn the mower deck dropped to the lowest setting and would not come back up. I called but they were closed so I left a message. First thing Monday morning they contacted me and a technician came right to my house. He was able to fix the deck because a pin was either not put back in or worked lose. Because the newly sharpened blades got dulled when the deck dropped, they picked the mower up, took it to their business and sharpened them. The mower was returned the same afternoon. I mowed yesterday and it worked perfectly. Martin's will have me as a loyal customer because they have the integrity to stand behind their work! That's a rarity today! I recommend Martin's to everyone because of their work, honesty...

We started our purchase process a little less than a year ago. While planning our house we had the land to maintain. Fortunately our family could help us last year but we had our eyes on a mower with Martins. Three other family members have purchased with them and had a great all around experience. Our sales rep Devon was patient with our slow ability to close the deal but he followed up as we requested. Last Saturday we were able to close the deal and are very happy with the whole experience. Especially the knowledge Devon shared with us with the side by side comparison of each unit we were looking at after he asked what we were looking for in our mower. Thank you for staying late and working with us! We are looking forward to picking up the unit...

I was Avery poor experience, do to we got or cub cadet tractor back $382.43 with gas running out of it, and push mower got that back they was worth fixing cast 25.00 to tell me that, but pull cord twice and took off ran and mowe the hold yard with it, and back our Troy- biult- reat tine tiller for $306.40, got back bg 72 blower with it worth fixing, and I had it running, .and they charge me $25.00 to tell me that.got back himelite ht 17 hedger trimmer.and is not worth it fix. For $25.00 later. I been a mechanic for 45 years and did have time to fix them, and we put our trust in then, thought they where Christen like us. I would not that kind work for bother in the Christ....
