From the moment you drive up, till the time you leave, you will be greeted and looked after by a caring staff who do a great job. I have a special needs son and when I called was helped by a woman named Mia who was professional and informative. She did a great job. She then put me in touch with Mauri, who is a supervisor. Mauri went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodate us for tubing, she really made sure we were taken care of and it made our visit great. Mauri's nephew Max also helped us out and is a really cool guy. It's because of these people that we had a really good-and successful time, tubing at Mt. Peter. It's so important to have such a good staff-it could either make or break a business. I will not only come back, but will recommend this place to my friends as well for skiing and snowboarding. My grandchildren and children went last Friday.My granddaughter who chose snowboarding had a great experience, instructor great! My grandchildren who went skiing... unfortunately their instructor failed short...he was not helpful,kind, did not encourage or help at all. Glad my granddaughter had a great experience with her snowboarding instructor! Maybe you should speak to your Friday instructor for skiing?? Definitely would have had more children coming back if...

My daughter just turned six. Last year was the first year that she seem to show promise as a skier on the bunny slope at Mountain Creek. They have a very nice but small bunny slope there and we got what we could get out of it and I was very happy for the good treatment there.
