I called to inquire about storing a vehicle here and was lucky enough to speak with Alexis. She went over the details, made it clear that it would be painless and I was sold. Jen saved my entire day my first day as their customer. My life was in shambles; ran out of gas, running late for my flight (I thought) and just about every other cliche problem you can imagine on Xmas Eve. I called ahead of arrival to let her know I was behind schedule, and to ask what time they would be closing for the holiday, but unfortunately for her, when she answered the phone she heard all about my series of unfortunate events instead. I needed someone positive and uplifting in that moment and I got it with Jen! When I arrived she had the paperwork ready, explained it quickly and thoroughly, and communicated the important bits with me effectively. Since I reserved it without actually seeing the facility - now that I have - it's immaculate and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings would be safe and secure. You know when you are buying and selling a home at the same time and you are on an island and no one is any help and you cannot figure out how you can get your stuff out of the house with no help on Friday morning before you close and when you lose access to your existing home and have to get things to your new home you have not closed on yet and you have gigantic run on sentences? Solution = Life Storage at 2802 Transit Rd. Not only are the guys at this location informative and courteous, they are top notch in accommodation. I actually filled my gigantic unit and still had big stuff left, so my only choice was another unit. For what small amount of big stuff I had, I did not need another full sized unit and it was not financially sound to pay for a month. Life Storage had a smaller unit and a 2 week pro-ration.
