Called DWS and the owner (son of owner) showed up to give me a quote , he seemed like I was wasting his time, kept stating he does new construction and does no digging …. Has other people he uses….asked where my septic was for the setback and I told him that I didn’t have a septic installed yet ….. keep in mind this is a cabin I’m building and may just go with a composting toilet … he totally lost interest in doing the job…. I had questions such as what’s the average depth of this area…..couldn’t tell me or wouldn’t…. Stated I’m looking around 8000 plus digging crew… I asked for him to send me a written quote …. He left and I knew I would never get the quote which he never sent …. He was a joke and so...

I came home on a Saturday about 4 weeks ago and had no water from my well. I called Dansville Water Well later that afternoon and left a message. The next day (Sunday), I received a callback from Austin and he said he would try to come over on Monday first thing and would call that morning to confirm. After that call he was at my house before 8:30 am and figured out and fixed my problem by 9:15 am. (the switch on top of my well). If I ever have a problem in the future, I will definitely call DWW. I can't recommend this company enough! I made an appointment with them is we were having issues with our well pump, they came out in 2 days replace my well pump which was in a difficult to access location and work extremely quick, efficient and even looked over my whole water system and adjusted my pressure tank so my whole system that they didn't install would work more efficiently..
