I purchased a brand new 2018 odes utv from sick Brothers with a 4 year warranty in 2018. I had issues with it starting recently so I called them and they told me they don't work on odes utvs anymore. Then when I explained I bought it from them they said they would call back. 4 days later I received a call that they would order a starter. Its been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a phone call. Meanwhile I ordered my own starter and replaced it. Took 4 days to receive it in the mail. I also asked if they would take a trade on it being that I bought it from there and they didn't want anything to do with any odes. Remember I purchased it from them! Went to Sick Brothers to buy a Zero Turn. Called ahead and confirmed they're in stock. Drove 40 miles one way to make the purchase only to be told the salesman was in a meeting. Didn't really need a salesman, I know the one I want, there are several sitting in the lot. All they had to do was cash me out - no financing needed, etc. But, no, the salesman is the only person who can sell a lawnmower. So drove back home (with an empty trailer!) and went to cub cadet online and made the purchase through them and will pick it up in 2 days. Not to mention it was $100 cheaper for the same mower. I will have nothing but bad comments for sick brothers. If you don't have a person who can make a sale when you're open then only open when your salesman...

Brought my side x side to be worked on. They said my belt was fine and they changed my coolant. Still having problems so I took it elsewhere and the belt was freyed and caked with mud and coolant was low. They charged me over 200 dollars and didn't even work on my machine! Also bought a battery from part's department. The lady assured me it would fit my specific 4 wheeler but when I went to change it the battery was 3 times too big. When I was able to return it still in original box and unused she wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee on her mistake. Then said I couldn't return it at all because it was purchased longer than 15 day's ago. They charged me $205 for a battery I can't use...
