The assistant manager on duty, on the other hand, needs to learn how to manage staff. If she feels the need to reprimand staff, she needs to take them out of the public and not reprimand them in the middle of the store. The gentleman that was"managing" told my mom she was a terrible person for"interfering" with his break because the cashier needed change for a 100 dollar bill and started an argument with my mom because he didnt want to do his job...
