7 Gates Escape Rooms — Local services in Town of Wheatfield

We did both rooms they offer. I am giving them 2 stars because the sets were great, very immersive. The themes and puzzles were good. They have SUCH potential. That being said, the tech left a lot to be desired. The majority of it did not work. In the morgue, things were already opened including doors and props. Then there were other doors that we couldn’t get to open. The timer and the sound kept cutting out. In area 57, the start was a complete fail. There were 2 major elements that didn’t work to the point that they had to call someone with a drill to come open it while we waited in the lobby. The remainder of the room was great though! We understand that technical difficulties happen, but this was really excessive. We’ve done almost 200 rooms. If these had worked like they were supposed to, they’d be in my top 10. Friends and I had an amazing time. The escape room was wonderfully different than the others we've attempted. Our host was charismatic and the hints were spot on as we needed them.
