Grandmothers, grandfathers, pregnant moms, the disabled, the temporarily incapacitated -- you are plumb outa luck. You're going to sit in the cooold bleachers or stand unless you can climb a flight of stairs & grab one of the four stools at the window of the inside viewing area. Good luck. :o) It is, however, the home of the Wheatfield Blades and you can't get much better than that....
One of the worst rinks in WNY. Every time we have to play here we dread it. The entire building should be leveled and started over. I wouldn't care if the best teams in the area played here. I wouldn't put my kid on that team. Just an old run down rink with no proper maintenance. Can't get cell service and the "free Wi-Fi" has not world in years. Read moreI grew up playing here, and it appears the rink is much more suited for children. As an adult the rooms are cramped, showers are in a separate room, and there is zero cell signal and wifi is hit or miss. I mean, ice is ice, but watch out for those Zamboni doors- the ice dips severely and I've broken a blade or two in those spots. Ice prices are fair, and parking usually...
