I brought my laptop in to deal with a fan issue. They took it upon themselves to "clean it up." The drop off was rescheduled on their request, the pickup was rescheduled on their request. When I booted it up, McAfee was in my face to subscribe. Thought nothing if it - maybe they woke an app up when they cleaned. After all, I did my homework. They were a referral. Seem to have good ratings. Then it was stuck in "Windows Update mode" after I delt with the antivirus barage... slow as snails. We left the following day to drive across country to get our son from school. Came back - still stuck on update, and when it finally stopped it it took the better part of the evening just attempting to open. I was furious - I literally paid them to EFF-up my computer. Sent an email to them so I could find out EXACTLY what they did to it. And ... no response. So, beware. Apparently their repairs are carried out like so many crooked auto repair places: to secure the next repair bill, lets break something so...

I was having computer issues even after I had Geek Squad "fix" my computer. I called Slades Corners and booked an appointment. Chris came to my house and went over everything that the Squad had done to my computer and figured out it was actually a Spectrum problem. So, Spectrum came out and changed my modem and checked a few things. Still, I was having issues. Chris came back and went over the issues again and it's still a Spectrum issue but they are coming back. My point here is I have never had such great customer service from a company. Chris even typed out a dialogue for me to share with Spectrum when I spoke with them because I am techno-challenged. This company is wonderful from the receptionist, Gabby, to the owner, Chris. I will NEVER use Geek Squad again after my tech support contract is up. Great service and reasonably priced plus integrity!...

Go ahead, Cut the cord, then call Slades Corners. Very happy with every aspect of our TV antenna replacement. Our old antenna had a rotator that was no longer working and the wind would move it around. Chris came out (On time and when they said he would!) and suggested 2 antenna on our tower. 1 would get Milwaukee the other Chicago. We've now got over 100 channels on a steady basis. Reasonable price, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up, very professional. Just can't ask for any better, Thank you! Ralph in...
