BE AWARE… Turkey Bites Smoked Sausage must be refrigerated AND consumed within 1 week of opening pkg or it will get VERY MOLDY. Tasted great the day we opened the pkg, but wasn’t aware of the refrigerate and 1 week consume timeframe until I called the 800# and talked to a rep. I recommend the company to enlarge the print/notice to refrigerate so consumers are more aware vs the extremely small print at the bottom. FYI, this review is posted 12/9/24 and the 12 oz use by date is 5/14/25. They got this moldy less than two weeks with the bag sealed and stored in our kitchen cabinet.

I came from Texas to visit a BFF from Sheboygan Wi. Her son Bryan and his wife work for Old Wisconsin. They have me samples of their meat. OMG I have never tasted sausage or meat sticks with so much flavor. I went back to Texas and can not eat the sausage there. Will be getting my sausage on line from Old Wisconsin. Thank you...
