Verlo Mattress — Hotel in Sheboygan

I did my research online and had narrowed in on a Verlo mattress. The two elderly customers in front of us were wearing masks, but I noticed the salesman speaking with them wasn't. Once they left, it was our turn with the salesman who introduced himself as Tim.

I gently asked him where his mask was. Tim quipped something about an exemption for people "giving presentations". He went on to add that he didn't even have one, so he couldn't and wouldn't be putting one on. He then proposed that we "do this over the phone" if I preferred.

My preference would be that a salesman I'm going to spend the next 30 minutes in a small store with, and who's dealing with the public on a daily basis, would just simply wear as mask. Even if he didn't believe in its ability to limit the spread of the virus, the small gesture would go a long way in showing respect and solidarity with his fellow citizens and customers.

I didn't see any unmasked sales staff or customers in the four mattress & furniture stores I visited afterwards, and where I ultimately purchased a new queen sized mattress, box-spring, frame and headboard.

It says a lot about a person's character when they can't be bothered to take a low effort deed for the betterment of humanity and they refuse to wear a mask when dealing with the public and...

Verlo has been amazing. Their customer services is above and beyond any place else I’ve been to. Their focus is not making money, but rather customer satisfaction (in the end that will make you money by keeping customers coming back as well as recommending them to friends and family). I have already been recommending Verlo to many. There was a minor mixup to my order, but not only did they make it right, they apologized for their mistake and went above and beyond to make sure everything would be corrected. My sales person, Terry, called to reassure me all was correct and ready to go for delivery.Tim, the manager, called me an hour after delivery to make sure I received the correct bed. The delivery crew was fantastic, hard working, and very helpful. They helped remove a bolt I couldn’t get off from my headboard. They then reattached my headboard to the new bed frame. Super helpful to me as a widow who couldn’t have done that myself, being it a king size bed. I’ve had my V9 pillow top five nights now and I’m loving it. Thanks Verlo. My fiancee and myself spent a few weeks shopping for our first mattress and foundation combination, and wound up at the Verlo store in Sheboygan.

To keep this short, we are in love with our mattress, foundation, and bed frame. We couldn't be happier, or more well rested.

We did encounter a snafu during our store experience, and I am absolutely floored on how well the issue was handled. The owner of the store personally contacted us to solve our problems. He was genuinely interested in making it right, and took every step (and then some) to ensure we were satisfied.

With all that being said I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go anywhere else in Sheboygan for a mattress, foundation, or bed frame besides Verlo. Tim, you have earned our business for as long as we remain...
