Ted and Mike came out to fix our dishwasher and they were no help at all. Didn't know how to run a diagnostic, didn't know where the technician manual was (they're on the back of the kick plate on every dishwasher since the 1970's). They were here barely an hour and wanted to charge $325. He agreed to $275 cash but that still seems pretty high for a trip fee. The only info they had for us was the info that I had given them. They were very polite but completely incapable of troubleshooting a modern dishwasher. He took apart the water line that feeds it even though the only thing the dishwasher was actually doing was filling with water. I had to explain to them how to run it in diagnostic mode and had to translate the error code for them even with the manual in their hands. All in all a very disappointing visit. Would...
Read moreI had Doc's plumbing do the annual cleaning/service on my boiler unit. As usual Ted did an excellent job and was more thorough than the company that did the last service. I have used Doc's multiple times at this point, a few at the last place I was renting and this is the second time at my new house. Some of the things I like are how easy it is to set up an appointment, he keeps me updated the day of appointment and will message me when he's in route, and that he doesn't just fire the parts cannon on a problem or try up selling new units he's able to troubleshoot and actually fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Ted for your plumbing...
Read moreWe provide mobile housing for disaster victims throughout the United States. This company made an appointment to inspect a job site for installation and delivery for our client that provides summer camp for disabled kids in E Jewett NY. They didn't show up, no follow-up call and no response to emails or text. No explanation or communication what-so-ever! This was one of the most unprofessional and unreliable contractors we have contacted throughout the United States. I hope the owner didn't die or something else drastic happened that would explain why they ignored a job from a national company trying to help...
