UHS Primary Care Windsor — Local services in Town of Windsor

Was put in a room quickly by a nurse and the NP didn't come in until 30 to 45 minutes later, I was ready to walk out when she came in. The place was not busy!! I could hear all of them with the door closed and listened to them talk and laugh. Very unprofessional and for some reason they can not keep same Dr or NP to stay there. I do not recommend the practice unless you don't care to see the same provider Everytime you go there and like to sit and wait and wait to be seen. On top of all that I didn't even get a full physical in which they probably billed my insurance for a full visit. I am doing this review for my other half, I left the practice good many years ago for these and more reasons and found a Dr in vestal that I have now. I was greeted by a friendly staff and my wait time was very short. My nurse practitioner Julie Barnes was wonderful and worked out a strategy for my condition. She took all the time necessary to identify my condition by asking all the right questions. She also took the time to be very honest with me and insisted that I follow the strategy laid out. I absolutely love UHS Windsor office!! From the front desk, nurses and our NP Melissa. They treat us like family every-time we are in. Our family is a large one and we are there often. We have never waited very long, unlike many doctors offices in the past. They are professional, caring and truly a unique.
