Big M — Local services in Town of Windsor

It is what it is. A small grocery store with the usual selection of items. The people who work there are great, but occasionally I have purchased or stumbled upon expired or questionable items. They are usually nice about refunds or exchanges but the point is it shouldn't happen so frequently. I bought charcoal there that would not light despite dousing it in nearly an entire bottle of Zippo lighter fluid as well as a small hibachi grill that came with spots of rust right out of the box and several screws were bent. I have gotten several cans of expired soup and tuna. They obviously cannot foresee every bad product but it seems to happen to me a lot here. Look at the dates and inspect everything...

What a treat to find this independent grocery store in rural Windsor! The house made Italian sausage blew me away, so delicious. Fantastic selection of spiedies, coffee creamers, kimchi, limited edition potato chips, always fresh produce, bubble teas and on and on. Living in the area would be MUCH more difficult without this little Oasis of basic necessities. This store is a credit to the community. The alternative is having to drive 60 minutes round trip for basic food stuffs. No thank you. Is it a Wegmans? Obviously not. But an absolute boon to life in Windsor NY. Wish I could...
