Mark and his sons produce AMAZING, HIGH QUALITY pieces! You can choose from styles on his website or in the store, as well as custom design items to your specifications. He allows you to select from a variety of woods, any stain of your choosing, and different fabrics. The furniture is really well made and sturdy, built to last for many decades if not generations! My mother has been a customer of this business for many years and returns again and again to update different rooms. I am a more recent customer and Mark is always immensely helpful in selections, keeps me apprised about the status of my order, and even helps wrap and load items in the vehicle/trailer. I HIGHLY recommend this business for furnishings, both indoor and outdoor! Check out the photos of this custom pantry cabinet they made and notice the tongue and groove drawers; you will not find this type of craftsmanship at a "brand"...

The guy was not nice! At All! Maybe he thought I was young an stupid.. Have no idea.. I went in there with 2,000 to spend on patio furniture.. We stood in the lobby about 15 minutes till he came.. An he just stood there looking at me an my husband.. So awkward an weird.. Never asked how can I help you.. We asked what each chair price was an how we could customize it.. He just pointed at the book an said look in there. An sat back in his room.. Just couldn’t believe the customer service was so poor.. He lost out on a ton of business.. I went to Menards an saved more to buy more stuff....

We have shopped here for many years and bought multiple pieces of the plywood furniture for our lake home. Great furniture but prices are high!! We buy from three different furniture stores and he is the highest and does not negotiate AT ALL!! We decided because of this and his attitude that we are done shopping here this year! We have a better store closer to home, just have to haul it further and they will negotiate and or have a sale...
