The only gym for miles around Trenton. 24h access via app. Has a good basic set of machines but only 1 of each so you will often have to work-in or work around & circle back if the gym is busy. Good selection of dumbbells but only go up to 55#. Good free weight area but, like the machines, limited quantities. I get a good workout despite this because of the time of day I exercise. Gyms are slim pickings in rural areas like Trenton, so it’s really lucky that a gym like this one is located here. It’s well stocked with all the gym equipment you’d ever need and well taken care of. A little pricey & cramped especially when the lineman classes are here. Staff is sparse and hard to locate when you need assistance but it's the only gym in the area.
