I recently attended a class to blow a custom glass ornament with a friend of mine. Mike was an awesome teacher! He gave us a demonstration of the process and then each of us repeated his steps, following patient instruction. He answered all of our questions about art glass work. The folks who run this are very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

It was thrilling to have such attentive, hands-on instruction! It has to be really rare to have such a thing available and we feel privileged to have Art House Trinidad in our neighborhood. My friend and I can hardly wait to get our ornaments (which are finishing in the annealer) next Friday. We were able to pick our own custom colors and it will be so neat to hang a new heirloom.

I'd encourage anyone to stop by here and certainly to attend the classes made available. Art enriches lives and with instruction I think that even those who think they lack any talent would be able to create something great. I'm excited to see what...
