They were super nice until I got stuff for them. Then they acted like they didn’t want to be bothered when my stuff was delivered. A piece of it was broke. They supposedly was going to fix it so I called them about something else that I wanted that they were supposed to get back with me. It didn’t matter if it was bigger small it’s just the point the same energy you gave me when I was getting the other stuff should’ve been what you put into getting me the other stuff that I wanted. Then they tried to say we’ve only been a customer for such amount of time because they were having issues with getting it, but had they told me what was going on or just ordered me one we wouldn’t be in that situation I called and was asking them about the other thing that I wanted and they ended up telling me yeah we were coming out today to do your fix your cabinet I was like how was you coming out today if you guys never even called me and made an appointment to come out like we told you the other day I was like you never told me anything long story short everything peaches and creams with them when your first getting stuff but after your customer they’re not...

However I was told that I could not receive a print out of my payments when I came in to pay off my living room furniture. I paid what was quoted to not argue with the manager. However I was coming up 28th something different and when asked to explain why her response was I am not going to debate with you. Never once did I get loud our curse at her. I work in customer service and to ask a question to get an understanding is and should never be considered a debate. I am honest so I am not going to say I was always on time because I was not. However always paid my reinstatement fee and my records showed something far different. If asked would recommend this store, I would have to say yes, however keep all your records. To be quoted one price and then to pay something in two hours to be quoted something else is just not right. I own my furniture but I can not say it was a wonderful experience overall. Read moreI had never heard of premier before moving to the area I have always been very iffy about rental places due to a bad experience with one. I decided to give them a try and I was very pleased. Upon entering the Dayton location I was greeted more than enough times! By every single staff member. I let them know I was looking around and they said take your time and if you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. I found the set I wanted and our worker was very informative I don’t remember her name because I’m bad with names but the two woman we had were wonderful. They did our application quick and approved us and had our furniture delivered the very next day. They said between 5 and 7 and they was there right at 5 which in my experience was a first. Normally I would have been waiting till 7 or after. Thank god that was not the case my delivery men were top of the line.
