Terrible customer service. Rude, over priced, and slow. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone being as my first visit became my last. I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their money giving it to this guy.

**RESPONDING TO STORE OWNER: so not only are you rude, slow, and over priced I see you lie as well. Over an hour to switch two phones? With nobody else in the store. When someone else had come in the other employee had her switched and out the door in a quarter of the time you took. I still have the receipts. I had to save it for the actual merchant when I did your report. I wouldn’t waste another dime or recommend anyone to go there even in their most desperate situation. Don’t allow me to leave out how your store also smells terrible. I don’t want a refund or a credit (especially at a store I now refuse to shop). Really, I dislike having to complain about companies because majority thinks it is for something free or a refund. That’s not the case with me :) By all means keep it, apparently you need it. All I ask is improve your attitude and marketing skills, brush up on your customer service, and quit burning so much incense. Have a great day...

PLEASE!!!! No body should go to VENUE STORE for any reason! They are scammers, thieves and liars, overpriced products. I went to the store to buy iPhone 15 pro max on 04/2/2025 but he gave me iPhone 13 Pro Max for $660 because it was an open box and I went with the iPhone thinking it was iPhone 15 pro max. When I got home I found out they sold the wronged iPhone to me and I went back to the store for my refund, they told me that they gonna take out $240 out of my $660. I took my Samsung s23 ultra up to Venus Wireless for a full screen repair. The technician had everything that I needed for my phone. He switched out the whole phone in less than 30 minutes. My phone is working perfect. And the new screen and the color of the phone 📱 is very nice 👍🏽. I'm going to recommend them to the friends and people I know. When I say knowledgeable with friendly service 100% I mean 100%!!!!!!! Not only do they work on phones they do computers and much more.
