
Inconsiderate, lack of professionalism , communication, and basic customer service skills !!!! I booked with Erin, as a new customer flying in from another state . I booked an online morning appointment on 10/20 . I received a confirmation text and prompted to send my deposit to secure my spot . I cashed app her as requested. Plans were moved up so I asked on 10/25 if I could move my appointment to 11/5 (which is also the day of my birthday ) and I texted the number she requested the deposit from (no response) emailed her ( no response ) sent her an Instagram message she answered the next day ”yes asked my name and the time “ BUT never confirmed the TIME . I messaged her again to confirm the time 10/26 (no response ) & 10/27 (no response ) I attempted again on 10/30 She replied and said “I will confirm it tomorrow morning” Long story short I never received a confirmation and never heard from her again . Read moreCustomer Service Matters!!! I am disappointed to have to write this because the stylist does great work but when issues arise professionalism speaks. I had a scheduled appointment for 7 a.m. I texted, I called, even DM'ed on Instagram which I dont think is a suitable method of communication, but hey I did it. After waiting 53 mins, I left. Around 10 a.m, she responded back on IG apologizing, explaining what happened and asking if I wanted to reschedule. I replied "Only if you have something available today"... radio silence after that. Honestly, I wouldnt even be writing this had she responded back or attempt to accommodated me for my inconvenience. As a business owner, your time is not any more important than your customers, who trust you to make them look presentable for upcoming events. I had 2 events this weekend and family coming into town. Read moreI'd give 0 stars if I could. Scheduled an appointment on 2/1 for 6am on 2/16. I received 3 text confirmations & an email...Showed up today @ 5:55am & no one was there. Called/texted the stylist a few times & eventually just left @ 7:30. It's now 9:30 & I still haven't heard back from anyone. Great way to run a business.....
