Main Street Clubhouse — Local services in Trotwood

I recently attended a birthday party for my sister at this venue, and the experience was very disappointing. First, they had a strict rule that no outside drinks were allowed, which seemed unreasonable considering what followed. The bartender had a terrible attitude, and to make matters worse, many of the drinks were expired you could taste it immediately. I never thought to check expiration dates before, but after drinking a beer that tasted awful, I looked and saw it had expired back in 2022. Other guests also noticed, and the staff began dumping out their expired stock right in the middle of our party.

My sister booked the venue for five hours, yet the owner and her family came in an hour early and started cleaning up while we were still there. The space was not messy, and we had already agreed to handle our own cleanup. All we needed was about 20 minutes to wipe down tables and carry our belongings to our cars. We recently hosted a 50th birthday party at this venue, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, not only on the evening of the event but throughout the entire planning process. Their support made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The facilities themselves are clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained which was perfect for hosting our gathering without it feeling crowded. Our guests especially enjoyed the well-crafted drinks from the bar, and the Photo Booth was a huge hit, adding a fun and memorable touch to the night. We had a nice time at the Main Street Clubhouse giving my mom her 89th Birthday party, this was a clean friendly environment that has plenty of parking wheel chair accessable made it easy to wheel my mom in, the music was nice although I believe I could've used the music off of my phone to play but the Clubhouse had very nice music, The balloons purchased from Ms. Vicky was reasonable and beautiful, the bar had decent prices and a full selection of items along with a great bartender, overall I recommend this wonderful Clubhouse for any entertainment need and I look forward to booking another event.
