We did not have a good experience here. One of our trucks broke down and they did come and tow that. They claimed the issue was blown heads and we had a quote that was about $3700. It took them several (8+ weeks) to try to get to it. By the time they did, they were offering to pay for us to go away. We knew that this would be a bad move, because they had already started the repair. We felt they were covering up for their error. Turns out, we were right. They had installed the heads incorrectly and had to redo the whole process. Once finished, they insisted that we pay immediately. These people who had our truck for more than 10 weeks never once apologized for the delays and never displayed a snippet of patience. Instead, they gave us a new total of $5300 and insisted that it had to be paid in cash that day. They would not even take a money order! They refused to take a credit card over the phone as well - even with a written authorization. Our personnel are not empowered to withdraw that kind of money in cash, so we had to wait for our owner to return from their trip out of state. They had to abbreviate their trip to accommodate the demands of this repair shop This is not how you treat a high-paying customer, much less one who has had to wait for your errors and excuses. The people there are curt and unfriendly. They went so far as to demand that payment in full occur within a couple of days of their repair or they would place a mechanic's lien on the car. Instead of calling the phone number (on the side of the truck, mind you), they sent a certified letter to start the filing process. When asked about their service, they took no accountability and instead offered (surprise) excuses and placed the blame elsewhere. We requested warranty paperwork, which did not come. We also requested that a mechanic ride with us to ensure that the vehicle was properly repaired and that, too, was declined. This company held our vehicle hostage with the threat of a lien, raised their prices to cover for their mistakes, and were unapologetically rude with their customer service. We had hoped to build a relationship with them for future situations....

We are a Canadian carrier and its a known fact that US based shops and mobile techs take advantage of canadian carriers (over selling and over billing).
On a Saturday night with a load of fresh vegetables picked up in Mcallen headed to Toronto. My drivers truck had a def pressure line leaking which was causing the Def to drain very quickly. He was able to get to the loves across the street from the shop. Long story short he sent me a picture of the leak and we figured out what it was and prepared our strategy to get this fixed ASAP.
We found a Mack dealership in Waco TX approx 20 miles from the loves: called in first thing monday morning and had the part ordered.
I called the shop after ordering the part by myself. The shop had the part picked up and the truck in the shop very quickly. They provided frequent updates and had my truck out of the shop within 4 hours. My in-house tech told me this was a 3 hour job on avg, and that is exactly what they billed us for. Nothing over the top nothing extra. They even provided a complimentary wash. My driver told me the waiting area and inside of the shop was spotless meaning they take pride in their work. I will always recommend ALL AMERICAN DIESEL to all my colleagues. I am so thankful for...
Read moreWe had a water pump go out on a Freightliner with a 12.7 liter detroit 60 series. They were the closes shop being right there next to loves. They said it would take 6 hours to fix and therefor the bill would be around $1300. I felt like that was high but it was the end of the day and I needed it fixed by the next day and it would $733 just to get it towed home. So I approved the work. The next day they called me and told me it was done. I asked what the bill was expecting it to be way cheaper due to after thinking about it all night it should only take a couple of hours to do the job and they told me the bill was about $1450... WHAT!! That’s more on a job that should have taken less time. I then started calling different shops and out of 7 shops and not one shop quoted me more than 3.5 hours and Freightliner told me they have never charged the full price of 3.5 hours. This shop is a huge rip off the only thing they had to tell me is that they aren’t a fly by night small shop and that they are a very big company and have been in business for years. All I have to say to that is I would have a huge shop to if I charged twice the money a job is worth. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP AND FROM WHAT I AM NOW SEEING ON THE REVIEWS IF YOU NEED ANYTHING MORE THAN A WASH JOB GO...
