Dear Speedco - i wish for 2022 that you can teach your employees - ADAM , and Jason and Amanda. About customer service, they feel entitled to your time. Was here at 7:40 … they opened at 7AM they didn’t take me in till 8:20am. Because they were having a “ safety meeting “ unfortunately everyone was out there smoking. Safety meetings happen BEFORE work, The mechanic was real nice and did his job ; in 10 minutes. It took Amanda and Adam 35 mins to ring me out for 1 fuel filter . Amanda is in the back throwing boxes in the air . And Adam did everything possible to go real slow since I complained about them taking forever to even attend me . He received me paper work to ring me out . He set it down . Got on his phone and was there for 5 minutes . After those 5 minutes Adam received a phone call to do a road service . And started doing paperwork I asked him if he could ring me out . He said he was busy and walked out . Amanda HELPED another person before me . This is OUR BEST and Most Appreciated Speedco we have Ever Dealt with or had work done on our 2019 KW. Allen was Awesome 😎👍👍👍👍👍👍 too much Talent and work ethics for this Young man he is Great quality workmanship and we wished ALL LOVES SPEEDCO had ALLEN'S Everywhere. He fixed and had to Replace our Airbag on the Drives and stated it wouldn't take him but an Hour at the most to complete and have us Running again. He is a young man of his word. 🤗🤗👍👍👍👍👍 Allen did just that when he couldn't find the part # for the Airbag he got our VIN and found it that away. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Nothing could get in his way to stop the completion of this job duty. Loves tire shop here is scammy for sure

I come In for a tire patch on a drive That is flat They don’t talk to me at all after it’s in the shop. They sent a photo show. Below to the company and say it’s the reason why the tire is flat. Company approves it because it’s late and we don’t want to deal with these people anymore then we have to. After it’s mounted they tell me it’s done and already mounted. They show me this picture and tell me this is a cut that went all the way through.

I ask the tire tech below and he said “I didn’t check it we just showed them this picture and they told me to replace it” These people here are CON Artists. I didn’t bother to fight it because it’s simply too late to bother with them. I cut my loses and drove away.
