MDB is a phenomenal company! We had them install some electronics several years ago and we had them complete a tech refresh this week to update our equipment. Stephen was fantastic answering our questions and giving us a very detailed estimate so we would not have any surprises on the final bill. He also helped us select the appropriate technology and he explained why and how every single piece would accomplish what we wanted from it. Stephen had all of it ordered and ready to install on the date he gave us, so we were appreciative that he coordinated everything to meet the deadline. Jesse and his team were outstanding in their in-home installation. They arrived when expected and immediately got to work. They did not leave until everything was in working order and all of our questions were answered. They demonstrated how to use the equipment and spoke to us on a level that we could understand, which is rather basic. Every single member of the MDB team is always more than willing to answer questions and assist in any way. MDB did all of the standard electrical work in our new custom home and did a great job. BUT they ALSO did all of our ELECTRONIC low voltage/network stuff as well! Stephen has been an absolute pleasure to work with as well as Mark who came to do the final install and setup. He was friendly and professional in spite of a somewhat stressful environment with other installers in the house.
