Now the good stuff:

This is a full service shop! Besides your standard meats (beef, sausage, pork, turkey) they have all of the wild game/birds (well, buffalo, venison/pheasant, Cornish hen, duck, etc- most sourced from local places to cut logistics costs) as well as your fish, all "wild-caught" (tilapia, salmon, perch, cod, etc).

In addition, they stock summer sausages, cheese blocks (whole and portioned), curds, etc.

They also have all of the spices, rubs, and mixes you'd ever need, as well as tools and accessories needed for parties and commercial events (empty bottles for rubs, plates, cups, dinnerware, thermometers, etc).

Customer service is absolutely top notch. The prefer to cut meat based on what you prefer, so if you don't like the 1" thickness of their "stock" strips and ribeyes then they'd rather cut you what you want instead.

This place is really a 5-star facility, just bring cash or be prepared for a $3.50 ATM fee.

Amazing service and excellent products. The staff are some of the best. Not only do they know about the products, they know how to prepare them as well. They smoke the bacon on site and you can have it any thickness that you want. They spend hours making their own roast beef and smoked sausages just right. Summer sauge in multiple recipes and multiple cuts of elk and bison. They also maintain an entire inventory if you make your own products at home. Excellent frozen fish selection including walleye, mahi mahi, red snapper, and flounder. A sperate freezer by the checkout has shrimp and scallops as well. 1st time going to Troy Foods for our Prime Rib Xmas meal. Hands down the best!!! We’ve always bought from Sams, and while paying less we still had to trim down the fat and never got the size cut we asked for. At Troy foods the meat quality was excellent, marbled just right, nicely trimmed so we didn’t pay extra for excess fat we had to discard prior to cooking, and they gave us two 10lb pieces in equal size which tremendously helped when cooking at the same time. Our guests were amazed how good it was!!! Thanks so much and Troy Foods will get our Xmas meal business...
