I visited your store the other day. Your sales clerk was utterly rude. Went to make a purchase, tried to hand the clerk the item, she no on the counter. I placed it on the counter, she tapped a different area of the counter and no here. She treated me as if I had disease. I decided not to make the purchase. Told her I could find the item at a store with polite sales people. I felt as though I was interrupting her day. I will not recommend this store nor will I be back. It is sad for the owner as small business owners don’t need bad reviews or nasty sales clerks. This store isn’t worthy of the one star I had to tap all because of the salesperson....

Very friendly! Clean place with Great ideas, displays & Classes! A few things they Don't have they should & wish they'd get & Should Label boxes etc better so you dont have to keep asking you may get find when too late your product doesnt fit! Bt overall I like the shop & staff far better than 'decades' of a well-Known cake supplier H, where u could spin $$hundreds$$ consistently & spend several hrs in store in 1 day, helping their BIZ to thrive for 30 yrs BT would NOT allow u to use a restroom!!! Plenty of parking a Must, pricing a lil higher thn "old" 'oldest' supply store @ H. but to be expected as a smaller biz! 🙂Happy to have a cake...

You must have to be a regular to be treated with any decency. While waiting in line and my things were on the counter I took two steps to the left just out of curiousity to look inside the display case and then a man came out of nowhere and the cashier took care of him right away even though she knew I was there. After purchasing a bag full of Merckens chocolate my royal icing decorations were thrown in the same bag. I asked for a separate bag and I could sense negativity since no words were exchanged.
