I love True Value! Due to my husband having a recent surgery a lot of handyman things have come my way and they have been so helpful. If I don’t know the correct name of the tool I’m looking for or what type of screw or hinge I’m need they are always accommodating. I appreciate that respectful treatment as a woman who is trying to learn about things I’ve never had to deal with and they encourage me and don’t make fun of me. There is always someone to help me and they greet me with a smile. Keep up the good work! I just want to say this store helped me when no one else would. I had a flat tire pulled in into stolztz motors asked for alil help some air and a four way I was turned away. I walked to true value got a can of Fix-A-Flat for the donut tire. Fix-A-Flat didn't work so I had a tire that held air for alil I called true value asked if I could carry my tire there and use air compressor. They were more than willing to help filled my tire with air located a four way even was gonna let me use there cart to push the tire back I was very grateful to have true value of Troy today and will be shopping there from now on....

I have had two bad experiences with the same person at this store, he was no help at all when I needed to find plumbing fixtures and today I took my weed eater into the store and a young person was helping me and then he came to the counter and said " That's a remington, you get that at Home Depot ( very loudly) I can not fix that, no parts, then went on to help someone else, and just left me standing there. I will never go into that store again. I loved that store before it changed management,. So sad that when you do grow, the service department...
