Last year I transferred from Planet Fitness in California, and I started to assist with the facilities. Initially, I thought the team in Trumbull had not actually understood or read the big vision statement posted everywhere in the operation stating the objective in creating a unique environment. I think the team understands the definition of the environment only as the treatment and respect of people. At times they forget that the physical condition, appearance, and readiness of the operation is perhaps 50% of the Planet Fitness experience, to me. This year it seems there is a concerted effort by the management to 'clean-things up' and more importantly, enforcement of cleanliness, respect, and order in the environment. If I am doing something wrong with the equipment, or using it incorrectly or inappropriately, I would like to know. This not only impacts the longevity of equipment, but it impacts the effectiveness of the exercise in my goals of fitness. And this was the feedback I recently received that made me think this location was up to a higher standard of service to its users. This makes me want to come back every day. I enjoy the people that are working there to support my goals, and the people I meet there that also share their goals and frustrations, but important is the cleanliness of the restrooms, and this has improved dramatically for both users and caretakers. I would like a sticker for my car that says, "I am a member, and I LOVE TRUMBULL PF" Respectfully, Ricky A....

Initially the service was fine but over the past year I have noticed and experienced a drastic change in customer service. The customer service has been incredibly poor by majority of the senior staff members specifically management (Danielle) with the exception of the newer front desk hires. When you approach the front desk the staff appear to be over seemingly busy as to make it seem youâre being a burden to them. Their customer service has been so negative to the point I have been going to different PF locations to avoid the negativity I was receiving from this Trumbull PF location (even though itâs closer to me and also my primary gym) because who needs negativity, especially when youâre trying to better yourself and your health. I do not recommend a membership at this Trumbull location and it is not judgement free like they claim to be. Overall, I am really disappointed that the gym owner and corporate do not see the need or seem to care to uphold the staff members of this gym to excellent customer service because it is a continuous issue that I have noticed as well as every guest I bring to the gym as a black card member.    Read moreThey deserve 0 stars or at least Kat the manager deserves 0 stars. My locker was broken into. They took all my stuff went into my car stole the money I had. The manager wouldnt even answer when the staff tried to contact her. All they have to do is check the camera and see who entered my vehicle. Betsy told me the manager said they have no access to the cameras which is a lie. Staff has complained to me that the manager has no life and just watches the cameras at home. She wont check the cameras to make it safe for customers. She is allowing the person who broke into my locker to stay at the gym. So now i am going to have to find another gym. They got all the new equipment most of the handles are broken i reported it to the staff. Nothing was done. Its a third rate gym that is not safe. It does not belong in Trumbull if it is not safe for Trumbull residents. The owners should FIRE Kat immediately and hire someone that will take care of...
