The bulk of the rating goes to Linda and Daniel in the leasing office. We lived at Ten Trumbull for 13 months. Had to move out due to a relocation. Linda stands out as far as our experience with leasing consultants go. The day we moved in, there were a few things that were not in order with our unit. (To be fair, I blame most of it on the pandemic pre-vaccine). Our water filter on the brand new refrigerator had not been installed and the super was off for the day. Linda collected some bottled water from the clubhouse, and personally brought them to our unit. Win! We took advantage of the Cinema Room frequently. If some item from the amenity space was missing, Linda was on it immediately. Daniel joined the team after a few months of us living there. He was a great addition to the team!! Linda had already established as our go-to person however.
You will see some reviews out there about the construction and parking issues. Yea, there were some. The pandemic delayed install of the carports and they were put in (major project by the way) over the course of about 4 months. You will also see some reviews out there about conditions of the complex. Most of the problems are because of inconsiderate and lazy neighbors. Not necessarily the office's fault, but probably could have done a little more to enforce the rules and fines for those neighbors. Now that most of the major projects that were delayed because of the pandemic are done at this brand new community, I see that they are trying to get the little things right, consistently. The trash and recycle area is a bit small for the number of people in the complex, that is biggest complaint in the community. More picks ups and enhanced weekend coverage would be beneficial.
Include the amenity fee, one carport, and one assigned space in the rent. Feels less like being nickle and dimed.
5 rating - Linda and Daniel!!! 3- Rent (would be higher if misc. fees were rolled into it) 1- Amenity Fee 1 - Carport fee 5- Dealing with the issues the pandemic presented 2- Dealing with the neighbors who disregarded conditions of their lease.

Read moreI must say when you first see Ten trouble you think youâre living in a luxury apartment, but that is far from the truth. Iâve been living in my apartment now for the last five months and have yet to see the luxuries that this apartment offers. It is now winter in the very cold season and my Heat wonât stay above 60. I am not sure why that is. My fire alarm & smoke alarm go off at all hours, especially 2 AM when Iâm sleeping. My water bill that is over $300 due to the fact the apartment complex has an issue and the utility facility has not yet seem to find it( itâs been over 2 weeks with no response from the managers of this â Luxury apartment â. My garbage disposal has never worked. The visitor call box to my apartment is a fake feature & no one can contact you through your room although it looks like & I was told it does. It looks like you have certain light fixtures to your bedroom or your living room be prepared to buy many lamps because there is no lighting. There are light switches available but no light. The gym lacks mostly or all equipment youâll probably look for in a gym. Ten Trumbull providers will enter your apartment without approval, although I got a new phone number two months ago and they have yet to updated it. If youâre looking at Ten Trumbull youâre going to see a beautiful furnished apartment but it is far from that and I hope this review leaves you to see the truth that Ten Trumbull come with. Itâs unfortunate the money Iâve poured into this apartment that would...
Read moreSo letâs me express how Iâve lived here for 3 years & I officially moved out today. It was a somewhat of a good experience but not the best. The apartment is nice but itâs not worth the money you pay for. My neighbor had mold in her apartment and they are still yet to help her fix it. You can hear how loud the people upstairs can be. It even got to the point that they were stomping upstairs and wouldnât stop and something from the ceiling ended up breaking and falling on the floor. When I went to complain the lady gave me a rude attitude. The people that live there can be ruthless thereâs some nice ones and then there some neighbor who can see you walking the cross walk and try to run you over (they drive a blue Mazda). Having to pay for water I think itâs kinda ridiculous due to the fact that we donât own the place? Usually people who have a mortgage have to pay for their water. The gym lacks so much equipment, having to get your uber eats order was annoying with the call box. I honestly did not like the bathroom, when I first moved into my apartment there was so much mold in my bathroom. I just didnât find that paying 3200 a month for this apartment is not worth it in my case. So much money for such a horrible community. They can improve in...
