I am very pleased with the work that Alabama Roofing Professionals completed on our house in July, 2020. We worked with Phillip Stancil Jr. who was very patient with our questions and who helped explain and narrow the available choices to meet our needs and our budget. During this time, we developed a leak in our bedroom one night, so the next morning we called Phillip. He made a special trip that same day to stop the leak by installing a tarp, which lasted until the roof was completed. We had the existing vinyl removed from the soffits to replace some rotted fascia and to cut a continuous 8" vent into the the soffit around the entire perimeter. The soffit vent was then covered with stainless steel screen and new vinyl was reinstalled including under the front porch and around the garage doors. We had Duration Flex shingles installed on the main roof with Bullet Boot silicone pipe covers, and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) installed on our back porch flat roof. Finally, we had 6" gutters with gutter guards installed. We also elected to purchase an extended Owens Corning warranty for the shingles. Phillip coordinated the various crews around the weather, and, during the work, Phillip was there much of the time and made sure that the crews were informed of our requests and concerns. He also kept us informed of the progress along the way, and paused work to get real time decisions from us: primarily to show the location and to advise to what extent repair of rotted wood was required. In my opinion, the various work crews all did excellent work. They were polite, picked up after themselves and the finished product was aesthetically pleasing. I would not hesitate to use Alabama Roofing Professionals and Phillip Stancil Jr. again, and we do highly recommend them.

We recently noticed that there were areas of our roof and surrounding fascia boards that were showing damage and rot because of poor drainage from our current gutters that were 20 plus years old. We got several quotes from area companies and ultimately decided to use Alabama Roofing Professionals. Meeting Nelson Baker when he came out to look and give us an estimate, he took his time, took photos and responded with a quote in 3 days and the price that was quoted was the final price, we appreciated the fact that he took the photos and time to make sure the estimate was accurate and there would not be any surprise costs at the end. Working with Mike to sign the paperwork and get the job started was easy and seamless, Andrew and the crew that came and did the work were professional at all times and kept a clean, safe worksite. All in all the experience was fantastic and we would recommend Alabama Roofing Professional to all of our friends, family and anyone looking to get work completed. Waking up to a roof leak and water in my kitchen floor after a big storm, is stressful in itself but thinking of finding a roofing company, was not on the top of my list of going to be fun, I thought it would be even more stress!
